General Requirements.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of WAEC or NECO certification, or otherwise demonstrate basic literacy skills (ability to read and write).
- A valid certificate indicating the successful completion of an apprenticeship program is required.
- The apprenticeship must have been completed no more than three (3) years prior to the date of application.
- A valid National Identification Number (NIN) is mandatory.
- Applicants must have resided within the same Local Government Area (LGA) community for a minimum period of three (3) years.
- Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of application.
