Olusegun Samuel Olofintoye Currently, is our independent external Auditor and the managing Partner of Olusegun Olofintoye & Co. (Chartered Accountants). He is a fellow of Institute of the Chartered Accountants of Nigeria -ICAN and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria-CITN.  Also, he is a holder of  Master in Business Administration-MBA certificate  . He had acquired verse experience in Auditing,  Accountancy and Taxation. He was an assistant consultant in the firm of Olusola Faleye & Co, a financial management consultant to Petroleum Trust Fund and  the former Financial Controller of Forever Living products (Nigeria)Limited till January 2009.
An External Auditor works independently to ensure standard practices through examination of  the financial records, management policies and processes in operations of the organisation.
