ABOUT US
Livewell Family Empowerment Foundation, formerly Livewell Empowerment Initiative Centre, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to building individuals into high-capacity contributors to society. Founded in 2021 and officially registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in April 2022, we are driven by a passion for empowering people, particularly women, and addressing the limited access to financial services for small-scale traders.
Our core mission centers on women’s empowerment and financial inclusion. We believe that when women have access to financial resources, they achieve economic independence, enhanced decision-making power, and greater opportunities to uplift their families and communities. We strive to bridge the financial gap by providing banking services and financial solutions directly to their doorsteps.

As a developing country, Nigeria has a significant number of artisans and active women engaging in small businesses operating in various sectors of the economy. These businesses are often faced with the challenge of accessing finance to grow and compete with larger firms. Micro-financing has emerged as a viable option for small businesses to access finance, expand their operations, empower women entrepreneurs, and reduce poverty.

We believe investing in education is fundamental to social progress. Through our “Giving Back to Society” CSR initiative, we actively support community development. We’ve provided educational resources like exercise books to students at St. Mary Primary School and Salaudeen Secondary School in Oseile, Abeokuta. We’re committed to building a more inclusive and educated society.
